Please keep in mind that all bags are handmade by one person and sometimes custom or made to order.
Ready to Ship bags can be returned within 7 days of receipt, the bag must be returned in an unused and new condition. Please do not return a bag without prior conversation. There is a restocking fee of 10% for all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please request a refund for all custom/made to order bags within 24 hours of placing your order. Once I start production on your bag no changes can be made to your order.
All "Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.
